I would like to know if it is good to take two diffresnt kids of medication at the same time for the seizures?I take diliantin 400mg and now 500mg of keppra?Please let me know thanky georgia ## yes i am on 2 different seizure meds and one of them is kepra and the other is lamictal ## yes i take keppra and neurotine,depekote at the same time plu more medicine on that ## I take keppra 500mg twice a day and 100mg of mysolene 3x daily, I sometimes skip mysolene and just take it 1 x day I am seizure free now for 5 or 6 years, due to Keppra. what are known and possible side effects if this medication ## i've been taking keppra for about 9 years now and I've noticed that it does make me sleepy. It's not really bad where I can't function or work. It's really easy for me to fall asleep at night. Aside from that I haven't noticed anything else. It really helps keep my seizures under control as well. As to watching TV being dangerous, it really depends, so you should follow your doctor's advice. Some things that have a high flicker rate, with a lot of flashing can set off seizures. please let me kow of any interactions with alcohol and keppra ## yes, alcohol is a bad mixture with this medication. I would advise you to really think that through. I ended up in the emergency room 2 months ago because I had a break through seizure due to alcohol. ## Keppra contains the active ingredient Levetiracetam and is an anticonvulsant medication. That said, it is never a good idea to mix alcohol with prescription medications. Not only can it reduce the effectiveness of some, as Sarah discovered, but it can also aggravate the side effects. This is a small peach pill i found in son's drawer . . . please help , thank you . . .itt has on one side tp 50 and the other side apo , its peach in color ## I located a match for a round, yellow pill with markings APO on one side and TP 50 ion the other. It's Topiramate 50 mg, which is used to treat epilepsy in both children and adults. In many cases it can also be used as an antidepressant.
