I located a match for a round, yellow pill with markings APO on one side and TP 50 ion the other. It's Topiramate 50 mg, which is used to treat epilepsy in both children and adults. In many cases it can also be used as an antidepressant. In children it is also indicated for treatment of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (a disorder that causes seizures and developmental delay).
