I found a bottle of my Gabapentin dated 3/8/2011. Hi. My name is Gary. I need to find a generic form of Lamictal. My dr. says I can mail order my prescription online but the pills need to be made by Glaxo Smith Kline. These pills are super expensive maybe 600-800 per month! I know about Lamotrigine, but there are a few different manufacturers out there? I am taking gabapentin 100mg at night for CRPS2. After two weeks I had awful side effects. So, I after discussing w my doctor; I am taking gabapentin during my menstrual cycle as this makes my disability worse. But right after my cycle I got pms bad. Pain and vomiting. Does gabapentin effect hormones? ## Most medications can affect your hormones, according to FDA reports, so your menstrual cycle might change, and you may bleed more, or less than normal. The length of your cycle may also change. Are you on any other medications? I have been taking Epitec 25mg for almost 2 weeks now and am due to start the 50mg soon. My girlfriend has bipolor,OCD, Agoraphobia,and extreme anxiety to where it's actually crippling her. She does see a Dr. who seems like he cares for his clients. He has her on Topamax, risperdal, Cogentin and .5mg of klonopin. Do think if she told her Dr. that the klonopin isn't workig and wanted to switch to 2mg xanax he would consider it. I have been on Lamictal for seven years and think it is great except it has caused sleepless nights. I have tried taking it early in the evening. I take 500mg. a day. I have been taking Gabapentin 600 mg, 4x per day for a total dosage of 2400 mg per day to help keep the nerve endings on my bladder calm for the past two years. I have IC [interstitial cystitis]. I'm noticing now that I'm having great difficulty with my memory and just simply recalling words to use in conversation. I'm also having right, low back pain extending into the hip, thigh and lower leg with leg pain when sleeping. This pain is making it difficult for me to walk or sit upright.
