After I feel scared or fear of some one or something then I become panic. I can't control my mind what's right to do and what not.when I start to do something I can't stop myself. I become monotonous. I stopped taking a 300 mg twice a day dose of gabapentin last tues. I feel awful depressed sweaty moody irritated emotional very dizzy. How long will I keep feelin this way? My doc had me stop it right away, because I was suppose to go on lyrica. Which honestly I don't want to start taking pain or no pain. I started slurring my words on the gabapentin then felt like wherever I was, I was inside a bubble it was a terrible feeling ## If you have been on it for such a short period of time, they shouldn't last more than a few days, perhaps a week at most. but it can vary from person to person, so I can only give an average from other anecdotal reports. My husband takes Dilantin & Losartan 50mg, but his Dr. recently put him on Metoprolol 25mg twice a day. Now he's feeling antsy at night (can't stay still)... The Dr. never said he was giving him anything... My husband's feet had some swelling. To me, there's too many side effects & a lack of communication from the Dr... Any info is helpful. I just started taking Gabapentin a month ago and my white blood cell count is high, but never has been. Can this be why? I tested positive for benzodiazapine for a job. I think they just used a test strip. I had a single dose of 200mg topiramate xr given by my doctor. I had bactrim ds, prescribed by my doctor. I had not eaten for 20 hours so I know my glucose and ph levels were out of range. Any ideas? ## If they use the cheap, unreliable tests like that, it can be hard to say, because there are many substances that can cause them to show false positives. It could be related to one of the medications you took, or something over the counter. So, I started taking subutex, now up to 16mg, and gabapentin 900mg x3 daily. I’ve been to the ER twice in one week. I have episodes feeling like I can't breath. Even though I am getting oxygen, my brain is telling me it’s not enough. I feel like I'm suffocating. I stopped taking gabapentin a week ago, even stopped subutex 16mg for 2 days. Still my breathing doesn't feel right. I just don't feel like myself. I’ve been back on subutex for 2 days. Has anybody felt this way on subutex? I'm a bit concerned - Why does the doctor prescribe epilepsy and bipolar medication to treat a migraine patient? Won't that cause a migraine sufferer to actually develop epilepsy or bipolar? Can Toplep med actually cause damage to a migraine patients and is it safe to use? I'm 5 days on Toplep 50mg. It really helps for my headaches, but I'm worried, I definitely don't have bipolar or any other depression conditions. Please help. I have been on epitec for 3 months and have been suspecting it as the cause of severe depression and inability to focus. I can hardly talk to anyone because it feels like i dont have anything appropriate to say, my vocabulary is shot and this has been causing social anxiety.
