Not sure what this is... my neighbor gave me one and said it's for pain... ## Hi Nic, Based on the description provided, I've identified your white pill marked "X 32" as Amoxicillin (875mg) + Clavulanate Potassium (125mg); which is NOT used for pain, but rather in the treatment of bacterial infections. Manufactured by: NorthStar Rx LLC You can learn more about this drug on the page for Amoxicillin + Clavulanate Potassium Details In light of this, I would question the legitimacy of your neighbor's word, since this actually has nothing to do with pain management or pain relief unless it is proven to be caused by a serious infection. And if that is the case, you may want to follow up with your doctor before taking random prescription meds that may not do anything for yo...

I was prescribed amoxicillan for strep throat. They told me to take one pill twice daily. The dosage amount is 875mg. How many hours apart do I take one pill twice daily? ## Hello, Libre! How are you? According to the FDA, roughly every 12 hours, though it doesn't have to be exactly precise. For instance, if you take one at 8pm and then don't wake up until 8:30am or 9am, things will still be fine to take the next dose. Side effects for this antibiotic are also listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi I have IBS, so I'm wondering if it's ok to take clonamox for an ear infection.

3 nights ago, I suddenly developed chills on my hands and feet; followed by ache and soreness. Seemed like like sore throat, the pain under my left jaw( right side too but not as painful) with tension headache or migraine( I'm a migraine sufferer) took maxalt melt but didn't work. Nausea and acidic stomach. After vomit twice, I took 2 x 500mg Aspro - headache gone after half hour, but nausea and pain under chin and jaw kept me from sleeping. I found some Roxithromycin and took one 150mg tab on the third day. The pain around my neck, and collarbone abated. It's Easter weekend can't see my doctor till next Tue or Wed (another 2-3days). Should I continue taking the Roxithromycin until I see my doc? I also have some amoxicillin but I try not to mix. Thanks

Taking 875 mg of amox for strep. On since sun it's wed now I have a cold and my throat hurts again. My nose is running and blowing clear? ## An antibiotic will not treat or prevent a cold, so yes, it is entirely possible to still get one, while taking it. Can 9 months pregnant can take this tablet for throat pain ## @Chakradhar, Based on my research, Monocef (Cephradine) has been assigned to pregnancy category B by the FDA. From what I've read, animal studies haven't revealed any evidence of fetal harm. However there is no controlled data in relationship to human pregnancy. For this reason it is recommend that Monocef should only be given during pregnancy when a need has been clearly established and outweighs any possible risk to the fetus. i have balanitis i think i dont know redness on the head and under the foreskin.. can i find terrasil in uae or something equivalent.. many thx ## Terrasil is listed as being a natural herbal product, they claim it contains Colloidial Silver, which can be very dangerous, if used improperly and can cause permanent skin discoloration.. Also, if your condition is caused by an infection, this will not do anything. You will need an antibiotic to properly treat that. Have you seen a doctor, yet? ## There is no colloidal silver in Terrasil.
