Does the antibotic Keflex interfere with the results of a drug test?

It shouldn't, though some meds will give a false positive, it is always best to tell the person or company ordering the testing, as well as the doctor or company who is taking the sample, everything you are taking, that way they know what to expect from the results.

well I just tested positive for meth taking that and ibuprofen and both prescriptions paperwork say that may cause false test on some urine tests for the Keflex and some medical or lab tests can be affected on the ibuprofen 600mg.the Keflex is 500 mg.i didn't use meth so what else can it be?
