I found this oval shaped sky blue pill with L571 on one side nothing on the other what is this pill please? ## Hello, Lildubbie! How are you? Unfortunately, I've not been able to find an identification for this tablet, but what I can tell you is that the reason is most likely due to the fact that it is an over the counter product. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. If I had to guess, based on the shape and color, I'd take a stab at it being a 220mg Naproxen tablet, there are many that match this description. The FDA lists it as an NSAID that is most commonly used to treat pain, fever and headache. Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding. However, as I said, this is...

I am 69 years old; a double amputee (BK) I was born with CMT and have had heart-related surgery seven times. I am in chronic pain and live 42 miles from my doctor. I am suppose to be "shelter in place" as I am a high risk patient. Yet, I must drive to the doctor's office every time I need to fill my prescription because a "hard copy" is required by my pharmacy. Are there any other options. ## Those who need to shelter in place are still allowed to leave the house to go to their doctor's appointments, if needed, as well as their pharmacy, grocery store, and etc. You just need to be extra careful about keeping your distance from other people, wash your hands regularly, and avoid touching your face. However, you should consult your doctor, as they may have a plan in...

I've had a gastric bypass 10 years ago and still have not taken an NSAID orally. Presently, I'm having trouble with arthritic knees and have tried ice treatments, elevation, tylenol, turmeric, prescription creams and need something stronger. Can I take a NSAID under my tongue? ## I can't take anti-inflammatories due to stomach issues and was wondering if there are sublingual forms of anti-inflammatories anyone has taken? I had a knee replacement 11 months ago. ## There is a nasal spray of Ketorolac that is available, but it would require a prescription from your doctor. Alternatively, there are sublingual and liquid forms of Ibuprofen available in children's doses. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation. light grey oval r599 ## I need to know what this pill is. It has one letter and 3 numbers. R599. Thank you VERY much :) ## This is a 400mg Lodine. It is a non-narcotic anti-inflammatory drug used for pain. It it like a prescription strength Aleve, IBProphen, Naproxen, etc. It is most commonly prescribed to patients with osteoarthritis, bone spurs, and people who have had orthopedic surgery. i.e. Back surgery, hip replacements, knee replacements, or any broken bones that have to be pinned and/or plated. It is an NSAID pain reliever, but again a non-narcotic anti-inflammatory drug. The grey coating is a time release coating, so therefore the pill should not be cut or crushed. ## That is correct, the active ingredient is 400mgs of Etodolac, it is a generic for Lodine. I just want to let anyone with lichen sclerosis (in vag area) that gelmicin works for controlling itching and small boils that sometime we get under our belly. I already made numerous trips to my dr. and nobody seems to have hear about lichen sclerosis of the vag area. Tried EVERYTHING else and nothing worked until I tried Gelmicin. Dr's said they never heard of Gelmicin! I can sometimes get it in Mexico or thru Amazon. WORTH IT!!! ## I have had lichen for ten years. Gelmicin ,is helping a lot. I urge you to try it. It is better than clobetsol ## They may not have heard of it, because Lichen Sclerosis is a very rare condition that is not seen often, though it occurs most commonly in post menopausal women. The National Organization for Rare Disorders has some great information availa...

Can I take two at the same time if I'm in a lot of pain? ## I can confirm that these are over the counter naproxen 220 mg (NDC 0113-4368 among others), which are nsaid fever + pain relievers. That being said, taking two would result in a 440 mg dose, which is actually lower than some prescription doses of 500 mg. As far as dosage instructions for adults 12 and over go, the page on DailyMed states: - take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours while symptoms last - for the first dose you may take 2 caplets within the first hour - do not exceed 2 caplets in any 8- to 12-hour period - do not exceed 3 caplets in a 24-hour period So according to the above directions, you should be okay to take 2 caplets for your first dose only. ## Sounds like they are naproxen 220mg i think, often used for pain r...

Dark Yellow, peach, with T on one side and 20 on the other. Teardrop, oval shaped ## Hi Mando, There are actually two possible matches I wanted to run by you in case either of them ring a bell. The first one is a 500mg Naproxen tablet, manufactured by a company called Aurobindo. It's a yellow "capsule-shaped" tablet marked with T 20. The only thing is, I haven't come across any photos of it to know whether or not the "T and 20" are on opposite sides of the pill. The second possibility I found is a yellow tear drop-shaped Cialis tablet, used for treating ED. The thing about this pill is that the marking is "C 20" and both imprints are shown to be on the same side of the pill in some pictures. What I find strange though is that other photographs show the ...

I have been using co aleva for about three years. I take only one tablet every 3 days for I found this dosage sufficient in controlling my recurring rhinitis. Are there foreseeable side effects in this practice in the long run? Thank you and God bless. ## Thank you for taking up my question. I live in the Philippines. As mentioned, the dosage (one tablet every 3 days) that I use for three years seems satisfactory to control my rhinitis. My only worry is whether it can have a side effect in the long term. Thanks and God bless. ## I know a person who took co aleva for a year and now he has the cushing's syndrome. His fault was he just bought it over the counter without consulting a doctor for its extended use. I'm also from the Philippines.

I want to know if there is a drug that would be a combination of these two drugs. I can't take them both but I need to take them. I am alternating between them to treat my symptoms. I have Thyroiditis which it swells without the Motrin. and Fibromyalgia which is effecting my spine, spasams without the Naproxen. Please I need help ## They are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, which is why you aren't supposed to take both, doing so is essentially doubling up on the same medication, since they both treat the same conditions, and are in the same medication class. Naproxen and Motrin can also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Have you consulted your doctor? They may be able to prescribe medications that c...
