This pill is not a tablet!! It's a capsule with ip190 on one side and 500 on the other. Is it a naproxen or hydrocodone?? ## I am not finding any listings for a capsule with this marking in any of the databases that I've checked. Can you please double check the marking on it? Where did you find it? Does anyone else recognize this?

gray oval shaped tablet imprinted with 93 on the front and 7172 on the back ## What does TEV stand for when medication is specified as Tablet TEV? ## The tablet with the 93 7172 marking contains 500mgs of Etodolac, which is a potent prescription only nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. However, more recently, the markings may have been changed to read TEVA 7172, since they are slowly changing them to do away with the 93. sublingual, anti-inflammatory pain medication ## is this (Ketorolaco trometamina) naproxen? i cannot locate any detailed info on it ## To add some clarification, no this is a different medication. Ketorolac is another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it is actually stronger than Naproxen and is only available by prescription, unlike Naproxen which has an over the counter dosage. But it is used to treat similar conditions and may cause similar side effects, such as nausea, headache, drowsiness and stomach irritation. Are there any other questions I can help with? While it is available over the counter, that is only a 220mg dosage in the U.S., this one requires a prescription. Hi, my daughter of 7 years, she is experiencing epilepsy and I would like to know if it's because when she was 2 and half years old I gave her celestone for the asthma she was suffering from? ## I doubt that it would cause it so many years later, if it was due to the Celestone, it would most likely have occurred while she was taking it, or soon after she was done taking it. Have the doctors done any other testing? Did they detect any brain lesions or other abnormalities?

medium blue, oval shaped pill...approx. the size of an aleve with the number 17 on one side. ## That's exactly what I'm finding on this one, a 220mg Naproxen tablet, which is a generic or store brand for Aleve. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so if you have any medical conditions, you shouldn't take it, unless your doctor says it is okay for you to do, because it can cause some potential serious side effects. Is prednisone used to relieve topical body rashes and itching.on elderly people? if so what side effects?. ## Hi Nancy, I was going to go ahead and say yes, until I noticed that itching, rash, & hives, were all listed as severe side effects of Prednisone. In my opinion it doesn't make sense to take something that could potentially make your situation a lot more pronounced than it already is. 5mg once a day for 5 days so far isn't helping. Is taking four 5mg once a day the same dosage as taking one 20mg of prednisone? Or two 5mg the same as one 10mg pill. ## Prednisone is a steroid class medication and it is not safe to adjust the dosage on your own. I'm looking for a vitamin B complex with Diclofenac, I can get it from Mexico but I want to buy it here in the USA, Does anybody know where I can get it and what it's called? ## There isn't one, that's not a combination that the FDA will allow to be on the U.S. market due to safety concerns. There are many people that would take it and likely not realize that it contained a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, with the vitamins. My wife has had a sinus infection for about two weeks. Today she went to the doctor and they prescribed this medication and also prednisone. She took the medication, the amox..., with food, however, she has had an extremely bad headache since taking this medication. My mum takes both Calcort and Euthyrox and was recently diagnosed with Celiac's disease. She was told to avoid all things, including prescription medications, with gluten. I'm having a hard time finding out if Calcort (a steroid, like prednisone) and Euthyrox (for her thyroids) have gluten fillers in them. Please advise. My mother has been using the drug Pennsaid for knee pain. We recently had to change insurance companies and she went from paying $40.00 per month for this to now paying $136.00.
