You should check with your doctor, before adding Aleve, since the Nodolor contains Acetaminophen, along with Dichloralphenazone and Isometheptene. it is already intended to treat pain. I have ulcerative colitis and ulcerative proctitis. I have not been able to establish remission for as long as I have been diagnosed which was 5 years ago. I am 66 years old. My dr gave me 20 mg of prednisone to settle it down. I have been taking it for 4 days now and in the evening I have a terrible gas and urgency to go to the bathroom for about 3 hours.
