Olfen contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and you are wise to be careful, since they can be risk drugs to use.

And this is the controlled release, so from what I can find the maximum daily dose is 200mgs a day, taken in two divided doses, but you should check with your doctor and follow their instructions to be certain.
