What is the shape and color?

There are two that I've found listed in the databases with this marking. A round, pinkish tablet with black lettering P over 75 is manufactured by Pack Pharmaceuticals and they list it was containing 75mgs of Diclofenac.

The FDA lists this medication as being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

However, a round, pink tablet with the P 75 pressed into the tablet is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's laboratories and they list it as containing 75mgs of Ranitidine, which is an antacid. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence.
