I am taking PENTASA (mesalamine) 500 mg tablets daily (6 tabs daily) and I also use azoran 5 mg two tabs daily. Will it stop working if I start developing symptoms related to Diabetes. My Prednisone Rx is not specific about the dosing instructions. It merely states take 3 tablets every day for allergic reaction (6 day supply). Do I take 1 tablet three times per day or do I take all 3 tablets at once. I take four drugs to keep anxiety and pain under control from a car accident, the drugs tend to sedate me. Ever since, for ten years, I have had trouble concentrating. But I was given prednisone for a burn from radiation, a three-week tapering regime, and I suddenly got back my concentration and felt happier.
