You should follow the instructions that you've been provided, however, it's usually one tablet twice daily.

Napflam contains the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Naproxen, which is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
