How long will this drug take to start working? ## Zerodol-SP contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac, Serratiopeptidase and Paracetamol. It is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. It should start working within 15 to 20 minutes of you taking it, which is why these medications are usually prescribed on an as needed for pain basis. I am suffering from external piles with acute pain. Doctor prescribed Zerodal P. How many i can take in 24 hrs. and is there any side effects? ## Zerodol-P contains 100mgs of Aceclofenac and 500mgs of Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain and swelling. The maximum daily dosage of this is 200mgs of the Aceclofenac, which should be divided into two even doses, taken 12 hours apart. white round says searle 1421 on one side and 75 with 4 A's on other ## This pill is called OrthoPro it is used for arthritis and is an anti-inflammatory. ## This medication is actually called Arthrotec, it contains 75mgs of Diclofenac and 200mcgs of Misoprostol, so it combines a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory with the Misoprostol to help protect the stomach from the damage that they can cause, such as ulcerations. is it safe to take prednisone while taking hydrocodone acetaminophen 5-325? ## @dovieann, I searched for possible interactions via The University of Maryland's drug interaction tool and haven't seen any discrepancies listed between Prednisone and Hydrocodone/APAP. So based off that information alone, I'd say there shouldn't be any problems using the two together outside of their own individual side effects. I am 64 very active and on coveram 10/10 sometimes I need to take cataflam. I have taken 220mg naproxen sodium and 1000mg acetaminophen. Can this hurt me? I woke with fever and pain in head and shoulders and had those available so I took them. Those aren't dangerously high doses of either, but mixing them could cause you to experience more severe side effects than usual, you may also experience headache, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising, according to the FDA. I was trying to see if it lessens the pain. ## It might help a little, but you would likely get more relief from Phenazopyridine, it is available over the counter in most drug stores. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, discolored urine, and stomach pain. However, it is specifically used to alleviate the burning and pain that occurs with a UTI. You may want to look for it, if your doctor approves of you trying it. Are you also on an antibiotic?

I have a case of the gout and this medican was prscbr: for me by my Dr. to treat my gout i have taken 4 pills 1 every 12 hr (2 pre day) it has not gotten better ## Predisone is a steroid class medication and while it can help with the inflammation that can occur from gout, it is unlikely that it will treat the underlying cause, which is excess uric acid, so is isn't likely to really help clear up the condition. It may also cause some side effects, such as: nausea, weight gain and fluid retention, which could actually worsen your condition. Have you discussed this with your doctor?
