So this pill is oval and on one side it has "500" and on the other side it says "6 slash 32" ## A tablet with G 32 on one side and 500 on the other side contains 500mgs of Naproxen, is manufactured by Glenmark Generics. NDC code: 68462-190 The color is very pale, so it does look white to many people. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, increased risk of bleeding, and headache. So no, it is not Percocet, or any type of narcotic. Inactive ingredients may include: microcrystalline cellulose croscarmellose sodium povidone magnesium stearate Though they can vary, depending on the manufacturing facility. Is there anything else I can help with?
I'm having muscle pain and swelling after a heavy workout in the gym. Can I take D Fresh Mr tablets for some relief? ## Hi Giru, Sorry to hear about how you're feeling. Sounds like you really got a great workout in to leave the gym so sore. From what I could gather, D Fresh Mr tablets reportedly contain a combination of Diclofenac 50mg and Paracetamol 500mg (also known as Tylenol). Diclofenac is a NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and Paracetamol is a mild pain reliever, so my thinking is that it may help provide at least some level of relief depending upon how severe your muscle pain & swelling is. Hope you make a full recovery soon! ## Can I take a D Fresh MR tablet for sciatica pain in my right leg that I've had for the past 3 months? Please advise.
What is the difference between Dolo Neurobion Forte and Dolo Neurobion Retard? And, can it be purchased in the U.S. either over the counter or by prescription? My husband has had terrible knee pain and until he can get into the doctor a friend gave him one of the Dolo Neurobion Retard to which he said "made my pain 200% better than it was before taking it". I cannot find anywhere on the internet stating that it can be purchased here in the U.S.? Thank you for any help you can provide! ## Hello, Maryanne! How are you? Both contain a complex of b vitamins and Diclofenac, just different dosages, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that requires a prescription in the U.S. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irr...
My doctor prescribed me this because I might have a tear in my meniscus. Diclofenac 75mg -2 times a day. My question is do I have to space it out by exactly 12 hours ? Or is it just a general idea? How serious would it be if I took it 8-9 hours later instead? Like say I was on my way to bed but messed up my morning dose time . Do I wait until the next morning ? ## Hello Kris, I hope you are having a wonderful day. First I want to ask exactly what the instructions on your medication states. If it says to administer your medication twice a day but does not specify a time frame then you may be able to take it 8-9 hours apart. If it does say specifically on the administration medication that you should take them 12 hours apart I would suggest doing so, or at least as close to that time fram...

I have consulted with someone in my family who is a doctor, I sprained my wrist and got a brace. And they told me the best thing to take is an anti-inflammatory called Naproxen. How long does Naproxen stay in someone's system. ## I found a bit of mixed information regarding this. Some sources state that the elimination half-life of naproxen is approximately 15 hours, thus it is expected to be out from your system in 30 hours; while other sources tell me that it generally stays in your system for up to 72 hours. This information however is also dependent on the user's lifestyle, like weight, age, diet, exercise habits, whether or not your are taking other medications as well, etc. Based on the above information it would be safe to assume that Naproxen would be out of the system i...
pink capsule ## I was a hospice nurse years ago when pharmacies had to compound this 5 agent anti-nausea medication. They could make it in a capsule or suppository form. It contained: 10mg each of dexamethasone(Decadron) and motoclopramide(Reglan) 50mg of Dramamine,25 mg diphenhydramine(Benedryl) and 2mg of Cogentin. Originally used as an adjunct to chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting, it became a highly therapeutic choice for hospice patients as well. Hospice contined to use it even after Zofran was introduced because it was a much less expensive alternative. And highly effective! The 5 different drugs each target a different nausea mechanism in the body i.e. brain, stomach etc so the patient could get immediate relief without having to figure out which nausea center was being affe...
I am taking This medication for a sore inflammation area in my chest that I have seen a physical therapist for. He told me to work out to stretch the chest but to do push ups and everything still. My other doctor gave me the steroid pill to get rid of this inflammation. With this medication are you supposed to rest it or use the muscle more? I still have inflammation in that spot. This is Day 2 of the pill so after todayI have three more days of this medication. What do you think or recommend. Thank you for your time. ## Dan, It is likely that your physical therapist has instructed you to stretch the effected area so that you can get blood to fill the muscles and effectively "flush out" some of the infection. Resistance trainers do something similar to get rid of the lactic acid...

I have been on this medication for (off and on) for abt. 4 years (estimate) It is also listed as ENTOCORT. It is prescribed by my Gastroenterologist Doctor the 1st time in Sept.2012 - then again in 2017 after another colonopscopy showing that my colitis (flammable) had returned. It is very expensive, and due to many problems with my diverticulitis and colitis I have to continue using it as a last resort to my colon problems. I also have an aneursym located in my head that I got when I fell on cement on 2/7/2013. I was taking the cortisteriod Entocort when this happened ( 1 per day). I came close to dying due to severe head trauma after a drop in blood pressure and the fall. I am still trying to deal with these problems day by day. My prescription is dated january 2016 is it still good? ## Can i take naproxen dated 2016 is it still good to use for pain ## Hello Gigi, The short answer is no. The long answer is that the expiration date could mean multiple things ranging from the expectancy of the medication to maintain it's maximum level of potency. In some cases the medication would still be good but just not as effective as it was prior to the expiration date. On the other hand, some medication contains active ingredients and inactive ingredients that may deteriorate and make the medication react differently with you. Regardless of the safety of the medication, it will not be able to perform it's intended function at a desirable level and should be disposed of at your local drug drop off. If you feel like ...
