D Fresh Mr Tablet Information

I'm having muscle pain and swelling after a heavy workout in the gym. Can I take D Fresh Mr tablets for some relief?

Hi Giru,

Sorry to hear about how you're feeling. Sounds like you really got a great workout in to leave the gym so sore. From what I could gather, D Fresh Mr tablets reportedly contain a combination of Diclofenac 50mg and Paracetamol 500mg (also known as Tylenol).

Diclofenac is a NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and Paracetamol is a mild pain reliever, so my thinking is that it may help provide at least some level of relief depending upon how severe your muscle pain & swelling is.
