My son is taking aleve, ibuprofen, sertraline and has tested positive for benzodiazepines. He just started on trazadone and is still testing positive for benzodiazepines. I'm to start prednisone 20 mg today and go down. Now I'm on 40 mg methadone. Should I spread it out cause I'm seeing different posts about it messing with the methadone.
