I am 56 years old. When I was a preteen my dad used to give my sister and I a clear medicine. It was the most horrible medicine I ever tasted! My OLD doctor said it was taken off the shelves because of miss use. I was trying to remember the name. ## I remember a clear cough syrup that was AWFUL called terpinhydrate. My brother & I used to run from it, but it really worked. It was discontinued in the 90's.

can i continue lutica cream for lifetime? pls let me know its side effects, ## Hello, Rinki! How are you? The FDA lists this cream as containing the active ingredient Fluticasone, which is a steroid, so you should only use it, as long as your doctor approves. There are some risks to long-term use of steroids, even topically and they may actually worsen some conditions. The typical side effects may possibly include skin irritation, dryness, redness, acne and rash. Is there anything else I can help with?

I'm in Houston. There is so much syrup here its like the wild west. It's crazy how it's gone worldwide as far as recreational use. ## Didn't the discontinuation of syrup from activist in 2014 slow down the trade down there? ## @gladiatorways, It is crazy how there so many people who take allergy, cough & cold medicine recreationally as if it's chocolate ice cream or something delicious. When I was little I used to feel like throwing up those miniature cap-fulls of cough syrup, they'd taste so bad (not to mention possible side effects). For the sake of those people's health, it'd be a shame to see any of them catch a real serious cold and become immune to the medication's effects, due to having a high tolerance. @Bill, Re: "Didn't the disco...

Can triamcinolone be used when in the sun? If not, is it possible to simply wash off the residue before sun exposure, or is it the drug that gets absorbed the problem? Also, if sun exposure is a problem, how long after I stop using the cream can I spend time in the sun? Thank you. ## Hello, Wolfwoman! How are you? Yes, it can make you more susceptible to the effects of the sun and washing it off won't help, since some is absorbed systemically. If you need to go out in the sub, it's best to be cautious and use clothing and strong sun protection to protect yourself and avoid prolonged exposure, according to the NIH. It may take several weeks, before things return to normal, after your done treating with it. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include skin redness, irrita...

How are you? I'm sorry, but if you've reached your purchase limit, then no store will be able to sell it to you. Purchases of these products are logged in a database, which is why you have to sign for them and show ID. You will have to wait until the month is up, before you can purchase a new supply. My mom is allergic to sulfa, she also cannot eat peas and eggs. Recently the dr gave her microbid and she reacted as if she had sulfa, yet the doctor said the medication does not contain sulfa. Is this medication a sulphite, meaning does it have other chemicals that can make someone who is allergic to sulfa react in the same allergic way? Any information provided would be appreciated. ## Hello, Jake! How is your mom doing? You're actually talking about 3 different substances. Sulfur, which is in eggs and peas, sulfa, which is used to make some medications and sulfites. Most people are not allergic to all 3, since they aren't the same. Im 29 years old. My weight is 50kg, ## I'm not aware of any injections (aside from steroids) that can smaller people gain weight. Someone else in another thread here actually had a similar issue, but recommended trying Periactin (cyproheptadine). Apparently long term use of the drug can stimulate the appetite and may lead to weight gain, which is helpful for underweight people. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Periactin Details Overall, if you are a smaller person who wishes to gain weight, in my honest opinion your best bet is to follow a proper diet and exercise regimen. Even doing that, some people are just naturally small, so your weight may or may not change that significantly. I hope this info helps! ## Hi, my name is Christy. I am 32 yrs. old and have2 kids....

A friend suggested I ask my rheumatologist for this as a substitute for cyclobenzaprine which became excessively costly for me about 2 years ago and I stopped taking it. The spelling of "marporanol" is a guess. I do not know any more than this.

The FDA classifies it as an antihistamine that's used to treat allergic reactions/ Its typical side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, menstrual pain and muscle pain. The FDA classifies this medication as an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat allergic reactions and induce sleepiness. No one seems to know this, A Blue oval Pill with E 745 on it. How is it possible this cannot be identified? ## Hello, Brovolone! How are you? From what I've been able to find, this is an over the counter product called Guaipax SR that is listed as containing 75mgs of Phenylpropanolamine and 400mgs of Guaifenesin, it is a cold remedy that helps relieve nasal congestion. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, dry throat, nervousness and insomnia.
