That imprint is rather obscure, so I can't be 100% certain, but there is a Desloratadine tablet that matches this description, it's a generic for Clarinex. It's a 5mg tablet.
The FDA classifies it as an antihistamine that's used to treat allergic reactions/ Its typical side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, menstrual pain and muscle pain.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
