small, round and green in color ## This is not something available in the US, so I the only information I can find on it is that it is used to help thin sputum, a cold remedy. ## a/k/a: Robitussin, Benadryl see wikipedia ## IT IS NOT THE SAME THING!! ROBITUSSIN AND BENADRYL IN THE UNITED STATES DO NOT CONTAIN BROMHEXINE HCL, WHICH IS AN EXCELLENT MUCOLITIC, NOT PRODUCED FOR THE US. Please see Wikipedia for a Chemical Formula of Bromhexin HCL... It is so sad that US pharmacists push for Robitussin and other products like Guaifenesin, which is a very ineffective mucolitic. And the antihistamines are not always the best answer. And the cough blockers are actually doing more harm than good. It is best to fluidify the mucus and expectorate it.
can the antihistamine be extracted from Xyzal ## Since the active ingredient in Xyzal is Levocetirizine, with no other active ingredients, why would you need to extract it? Once it's compounded in with other inactive ingredients, it would be a very tedious and most likely expensive process. If you prefer it in some other form, then why not just look for the Levocetirizine in a different formulation?
centrazine, my dad has it. so yeah. its an allergy medication ## Did you mean the antihistamine Cetirizine? If you post it as a separate post, then they do not received notification that there has been a response. We do, however, wish to thank you very much for providing this information and identifying the tablet in question.
Has a big V on one side and the numbers 25 on the other side. It is a pinkish red pill And is pretty smll And ovel shaped. ## Hi kid marty, I just found a match to your pill. For some reason it was hard to find a definite answer, and probably because it is an over the counter medication. At any rate, the pink oval pill marked V 25 is identified as Diphenhydramine (25 mg); which is mainly used to treat allergies and cold symptoms. You can view information about Diphenhydramine by visiting the link below... I hope this helps!
presribed for itchy skin ## Hi moe, I am assuming that you are referring to Triamcinolone, as all my searches for "Triam Cetap" show up as this. From what I could gather: "Triamcinolone Cream is a topical corticosteroid and emollient combination. The corticosteroid works by reducing skin inflammation (redness, swelling, itching, and irritation). The emollient moisturizes the skin." More details about this medication can be viewed in the link below: Do you have any other questions or comments to add?

My wife has shingles. I bought the Terrasil Max and apply it lightly to the affected area. Everytime I do, the paid returns, eventhough there is not much pain when I apply it. The pain lasts through the night and she can't sleep. Is this a normal reaction to Terrasil???? Thanks, Rino Elverhoy ## This is not normal at all. Please make sure your wife does not have any allergies to any of the ingredients listed on the container. ## My wife does not have any allergies at all. ## Just because she doesn't have any allergies that you know of, does not necessarily mean that she may not be allergic to or sensitive to something in this product. Having the Shingles will make her even more sensitive to some things. Terrasil Max contains Jojoba oil, Beeswax, essential oils and activated mine...

Where can I buy it in the Washington, DC area? ## I'm assuming you mean Dristan, which is used to treat sinus issues, such as colds and allergies? If so, most formulations of it contain Pseudoephedrine, so you have to ask for it at a pharmacy counter and show your identification and sign for the purchase. It does not, however, require a prescription.
Just trying to figure out what they are..... ## The closest match I could locate contains the marking "WE 32" as opposed to "WE 35". Could you have possibly misread the marking? The imprint "WE 32" is an oval pill identified as being "Omnihist II L.A." This pill contains the following active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine (8mg) + Methscopolamine (2.5mg) + Phenylephrine (25mg). It is used to treat nasal congestion and rhinitis. Unfortunately I could not locate any other close matches to your description other than this, so I hope this helps!
I suffered an "probable angiodema" (strange presentation-on the forehead) after taking Viibryn for five days. Or it could be the sushi. Viibryn most likely. Is this common? ## What has your doctor said caused it? The acquired form usually is the result of an allergy, but it can also occur as the result of a medication, however, only your doctor will able to help you determine what has caused it. Has there been any improvement?
i have had a terrible cough for several months. lose my breath my tissues burn when i cough so hard. been on socoe for years. could it be causing cough ## have you consulted your doctor? It is always possible for something to change in your body and its reactions to a medication, which can cause different reactions, or side effects, than what you've experienced before. You should talk to your doctor, to see if it is from the medication, or may be happening because of some other issue.
cough medication ## I was prescribed Benzonate for my cough while I had Bronchitis. It was not helpful at all and the over the counter medicine, Nyquil did a better job. Would not fill this medicine if prescribed to me again. ## Not all drugs work for everyone. ## I was given Benzonate for a cough and have been taking it now for 5 days. I have not noticed any benefit, but have experienced the common side effects. I don't think I will continue to take it. ## I was given this and its helped me to sleep thru the night. I still cough but to to the point of puking like I was before ## benzonatate worked well for me. ## Sh*t worked for me. ## For everyone's reference the corrected spelling of this medication is Benzonatate. It is often used as a non-narcotic cough suppressant and is s...
I just tried to order my refill of Fexofenadine from my mail order pharmacy and was told that I could not because it is no longer manufactured do to the fact that Allegra is available over the counter. I was told this occurred on June 7, 2011. Has anyone else had this problem? I ordered from the mail order pharmacy because it was cheaper to get a 90 day supply from them than getting a 30 day supply over the counter. ## No, Allegra/Fexofenadine has not been discontinued, but it is now available over the counter, just as they informed you. You can purchase both the generic and name brand over the counter. A friend of mine just purchased a 90day supply of the generic for $20, OTC. You may want to check with a local pharmacy. I know that purchasing the generic for Pepcid, Famotidine is only...
I used nasonex only a short while, each time I used it, it made my eyes water and burn I then I got a fungel infection in my throat, then I got cataracs, but I have light blue green eyes and was told I would never be able to prove it was nasonex ## Then that is more than likely correct, while it is known to cause such damage it is very rare and usually results from long-term usage. It is very difficult to prove such things, unless the issue occurs immediately and a doctor corroborates the suspicion that it was caused by the medication. What treatments are you currently using?
