Since the active ingredient in Xyzal is Levocetirizine, with no other active ingredients, why would you need to extract it?
Once it's compounded in with other inactive ingredients, it would be a very tedious and most likely expensive process.

If you prefer it in some other form, then why not just look for the Levocetirizine in a different formulation?
