Adderall Manufactured By Teva Not Working (Page 62)

I have had two refills of Adderall 20 mg that was manufactured by Teva/barr (Teva) and it seems to have much less medication in each pill. Refills by another manufacturer work. This is ridiculous, and where do we report Teva and who can check each pill for amount for medication? I would gladly donate some of my worthless ones to the FDA?
Call FDA! I did. You can fill out a Med watch Form. Its total crap. I called them and i called Teva because I cant even find another option
I agree. Absolute rubbish and a complete rip off.
I don't think Activist and Teva are the same. Teva and Barr are now the same and the Teva I just filled with a b 974 on it does not work one bit. I do not know the lot number.
My last prescription was filled with Teva. 30mg I R. Every since I started them all I can do is lay down. I can't even do my housework. I was on Activist and even though they were not consistent I could function for a few hours. My Teva has the logo of
b 974 on them. They were caught for having counterfeit drugs in their Adderall and I believe these are counterfeit also. Please go to the FDA site for Med Watch and report your experience with Teva. The only three companies in my town that produces Adderall is Teva, no good,. Aubindo, no good, and I have not used Core.
I took corepharma and it was really bad for me. I took non-generic for two months until my insurance said "I chose to take it" despite my doctor's notice medically needed. Walgreens was the only one that had a good generic, which was Barr; a company purchased by Teva, an Israeli pharma company. Now, Walgreens has the Teva generic. I took it and it was as if I was taking a placebo. These Pharmacys use whatever generic brand is on the market--it's like our petroleum, gold, fish, and stock industry; the only difference is our lives are at stake. The government doesn't care as long as these reps make their shares off of these pharma companies.
I just got Non-generic (Teva) Adderall 10mg filled yesterday and I took them for the first time day. Nothing.
I originally started taking Sandoz in 2010, but in the past couple of years Sandoz has gone downhill in availability and effectivity for me and I've found Corepharma to be a good replacement. The Barr/Teva football shape pills have a terrible comedown, as well as giving me jitters and being less effective then both Sandoz and Corepharma, and I avoid them as much as possible.
But recently my pharmacist said my insurance would cover the name brand, and here I sit having taken three times the normal dose as I normally take, and nothing. The bottle says Teva.
Couldn't agree more that something is up. Went to Walgreen's which is unusual for me but in my mind "it's a generic that's been around forever so who cares..." What's in a generic anymore? I had started taking COREPHARMA - Walgreen's filled with BARR (specific, not TEVA if that makes any difference I have no clue.)
I found BARR 10mg IR to be jumpy and cause me to be confused cloudy and disoriented. This is garbage. COR I feel the exact effects I am supposed to "feel," i.e., whatever normalcy is.
I take Adderall 10mg IR in the AM and maybe that or half of that at lunchtime and in the PM, say 15/20 mg and I sleep like a rock. So if you are reading this understand that my reaction may be specific to the paradox.
NONETHELESS - nothing deemed medicine should make you feel like crap - to Walgreen's which I am so used to slamming that I should point out - they helped me get the medication that worked for me* and worked with my provider and insurance company so it truly couldn't have been easier. I know this must have been a unique experience with the nicest / only human who works at Walgreen's or CVS - BUT - hey.
Fight for your right to feel normal - even if that's "what makes you feel better" or nobody else will do it for you. Be demanding - do not ever take no in the 2016 medical world - seek help and get a second opinion - if that is medication - seek it and seek answers as to why you need it and what alternatives there are. (Just advice from my doctor that might be relevant.)
I just got my prescription filled a week a good, 30mg adderall genetic
.Teva brand & I've been having chest pain & nausea 30 minutes after I take them. This brand suck, anyone else having problems. Dont no what to do, my adhd is getting out of hand
I was told again by the pharmacist yesterday when I filled my script that TEVA is having manufacturing issue. I had first gone to cvs And they told me all they had was the Mylan brand which I have never even seen before. Not wanting to take the risk of them sucking like their generic version of Valium does I went to a small pharmacy that had sandoz back in stock.
Shire sold its Barr version of adderall to Teva pharma located in Isreal. The Teva brand is absolute worthless. the fillers used are sub par. Walgreen's and the larger pharmacy's explicitly use Teva for larger profit margin without regard to patient benefit the fda is aware of this awful generic and allow this to continue. copharma mallicrit and other generics are all manufactured in middle east as well. People have to speak out against this wrongful act.
I have tried to Tev / Barr, Corepharma, Sandoz & Mallinckodt for Adderall IR
There IS a difference. Teva is profoundly more potent
. Corepharma seems about 15-20% weaker.
(About the same as Sandoz)
WARNING: The Mallinckodt brand has something profoundly wrong with it--no efficacy at all.
I submitted a report online to the FDA regarding this company… That is how compelled I felt
Never bother purchasing the following brand of "adderall":
Mallincrkodt = Garbage
I had tachycardia too with Tevabarr. That is apparently the only brand Publix carries now in FL. I thought I was having a heart attack a couple of times. The stuff feels like some kind of cheap poisonous illicit speed. Something is VERY wrong. Who carries Corepharma or Atavaris in FL? Walgreens?
Not correct! The merger is not complete.
I have found Tevs/Barr to be significantly more effective and potent than any other generic.
The worst experience I ever had for generic Adderall IR was with Mallincrkodt.
The efficacy was like taking a sugar pill.
I reported this to the FDA
I am having the same problem I hate this medication and reported to fda and tive

they have a contact number but I was thinking the FDA should be notified bc The Psch, the manufacturer & pharmacist got their share and we got placebo
