I took adderall 30mg XR once in june and will take one more in sept (just one time in sept). It helps me focus when i take practice exams for my career (exam days are about 8 hours). I have read that after 5 days it will be pretty much gone - is this true? Will the quantity i have taken show up on a hair drug test? Will the small amount i have taken show up on a drug test (urine) if i have waited 5 or more days after taking it to take the urine test?

Most likely where she is on diet and drinking only tea and water she had flushed her kidney's. Tea is a dietetic and flushes your whole system!!

I take 1 10mg generic form of adderal a day. Took one Monday at 11am and took a urine test Wednesday at 10am that gets sent to a lab. I'm very worried. Honestly what do you think the results will be?

That's not true AT ALL! I am prescribed adderall and switched pain dr because my other retired, have been going there for awhile and they were sup to get my records from my other dr so they never asked me what other pres I take. For the first time I was urine tested and adderall and xanex both showed up! I had to take in proof I have a scrip for them. And the urine test was done right there. And if anything I under take them never ever over what I'm pres! So it depends on the test they give you. They now can send your urine and see if you're taking your meds long term also. My dr told me it can show use for up to 30 days. So people can't sell them and take a few before they go in. It's all in what test and what they're looking for!

i recently drug tested my husband who says hed taken adderall i believe 4 days prior to the test. it showed positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine... is that possible? he also has other prescribed meds which i have read are common in false positives for these categories. just not sure what to think, but if my husband is on meth i am leaving. please help!

I'm curious about the true accuracy of UA drug test. I've been on adderral 30 MG for 5 years and give myself breaks when not working or in school. But I have been getting negative drug test more times then I can count. Today they said they may not fill my script. It made me feel as if I'm doing something wrong with my meds. I took a half of one before I went to Dr. And to make me feel like a drug dealer was unbelievable. I am a RN and have begged to take my blood to test to show I take that med everyday I work. Please if anyone can give me a factual reason so I can share with my doctorm

I have been on prescribed 20mg IR bid adderall for 10 years. I get random drug tests at work sometimes and it's always come up positive which turns lot ok bc I always have a script to back it up. I did not take an adderall for 34 hours prior to the drug test just to see if it would be negative this time for curiosity as well as I have a deadline to get paperwork in and the mro situation just makes the process longer. Results came back today -- negative. 28 yr old f 5'1 126 lbs and on synthroid for hypothyroidism. 34 hours was clean. Hope this helps. Good luck

I tested positive for amphetamines from aderal and that's all I was taking it does to show up

I go to a methadone clinic they drug test very often and i had to do an observed one where they watch u. It tested positive for benzos (zanax, volume) but i never took them. I asked to retake it . They tested my first urine & new urine & it was negative! Some times those test are just wrong! This has happen to me 3times in 4 years! HHope this helps u feel better!

If you use the half-life system you should be fine. Just divide your dosage by 2 every 12 hours until you get below atleast 3mg. This is just my opinion from some education and experience. I have seen people take 30mg the day before the test and pass no problem and others fail. It definetly depends on your metabolism as well, so that has to be figured into the equation.

I took half of a twenty mg adderall Saturday morning at 6am...mind you I don't ever take it like i should....what are the chances of it showing up in a urine screen ??

I took one 20 mg. Adderall at 5:00 a.m. I go to the doctor Tuesday at 4:20 p.m. Will it show up on a urine screen? I don't take Adderall, but I took one this morning to study for an exam I have Monday. I don't plan on taking another one again, but it does help me focus on the things I have an exam on Monday. I just don't want to fail a urine screen when I go to the doctor on Tuesday evening. Can someone give me some insight on this predicament. I would like to know if it will still be in my urine Tuesday evening. I have 84 hours before I have to be at my doctor's office, or 3 and one half days. Can someone give me an answer that I can trust is factual. Thank you very much...............

Swim goes to the suboxone clinic every monday at 9am. Swim took 30 mgs of adderall 12 am sunday. Swim just pissed and is currently waiting on the verdict, not prescribed the ads. Results in 20...rabbit 1

my daughter is fighting a custody battle and her husband has accussed her of being a drug addict, she is on 20mg and her ct appointed attorney is making her go through loops her value were 197777 she was off the medication for a year and now, all except this was in a drug hair and urine test.

I am very confused. My Dr did a urine test on me last month, because I was having a lot of anxiety. Maybe he suspected drug use. I take 40mg of Adderrall daily, as prescribed for over ten years now. He said that the Adderrall didn't come up in my system. I DID take it that morning and told him so, it was about three days over my usual appointment to get my meds refilled, so he just decided I was distraught and thought I'd been taking it. Whatever. I asked the pharmacist for any reason would Adderal NOT show up on a urine test and he said, "if it wasn't taken." I was worried that something medically was wrong with me as I had a total colectomy 15 yrs ago so don't have a bowel, however, my meds have always shown up on drug screens. I guess I will never know the answer to why that happened, but it anyone knows of a reason to worry, please let me know.
