So you can never be too sure of what you have unless you're getting each pill analyzed by a lab. These Indian companies tend to list their products on illegal websites to scam people who think they can get around obtaining a valid RX. But in all honestly, the best way to protect yourself against counterfeits is go see your doctor for a prescription and having it filled at a local pharmacy. Do Adderall And Adipex (or The Generic Phentermine) Show Up The Same On A Drug Test? ## i am prescribed adipex, but i took and adderall yesterday. Today i have to take a drug test. This medication is generally prescribed for the treatment of ADHD and narcolepsy. And while I haven't come across any images of it, I can say that it's most likely made by Actavis Pharmaceuticals, since their known for using a logo that closely resembles a half moon. I have been taking Vyvanse consistently for around 2 years. I finally decided I want to go off of it. For the past week, I have not been taking it and I feel overall better (less anxiety), BUT my levels of fatigue are crazy. I have been getting 8 hours of sleep overnight but I constantly feel tired all the time. When will I get my energy levels back? A week? A month? A year? Yes they would still be good.. ## They won't go bad, per se, but they may not be as effective, if they got wet enough for some of the tablet to dissolve. This doesn't apply to time released medications, getting them wet could defeat the time release and cause you too get too much of the medication at once, which may result in overdose. Iv been taking my prescribed dose of these each morning for the purpose of keeping me awake but it seems like a high dose and yet I still fight taking naps and sleep 10-12 hrs a night should I be on something different? I too have had horrible experiences with the generic versions of adderall..I am currently on Brand Adderall XR 30 MG..I've wracked my brain trying to understand how such drastically different results can be received if the medications "should" have the same active ingredient but "may have" different "inactive" ingredients. So, the only way that my ADHD brain lol could understand this is to compare it to one of my favorite recipes:Chicken cordon bleu... So I imagined the chicken as the "active ingredient" and begin to switch out the remaining ingredients in my head..as I imagined the switching out the breading used, then type of cheese used, maybe instead of "baking" you would fry it (for example)....when i was done analyzing... I'd love someone to talk to regarding this. ## Mee.. 24 hours and currently about to redose ## stars, you need to talk to your dr about lowering your dosage. Adderall is a good drug, but it can have side effects. Even those with ADHD can be given to high of a dose. You also need to get some sleep instead of taking another dose. Being awake as long as you have been can cause medical and psychiatric problems, ## If you're staying up 24 hours on the Adderall available today, you must be taking 50 a day. No way normal dose will do that these days. ## Kevin, not being able to sleep is a common problem when someone is taking too much Adderall. It doesn't have to be a lot to prevent someone from sleeping.

The last time I took Amphetamine was 70 days ago and now I need to do this test! I took just 1/2 of a pill. Recently filled a methylphenidate prescription at rite aid that doesn't work nearly as we'll for my 6 yr old grandson as the same one from Wal-Mart did.I hear that rite aid manufacturer Mallinckrodt is not effective at all but his Dr thinks I'm crazy. Yesterday I took 3 zanaflex at about 4:30pm then at about 5am I took a vyvanse. It 3:35 where I'm at. I'm experiencing severe stomach pain. My daughter is currently on vitamin C, and Ritalin but recently I found a different pill that's been recently perscribed to her. (I do not meddle in her personal affairs) the pills are small, white, round and unmarked which makes me nervous because I've read that unmarked pills could be dangerous. They also have a break line on one side.
