i am prescribed adipex, but i took and adderall yesterday. Today i have to take a drug test. Will it just show up as amphetemine or am i in trouble?

Can you please let me know how your test went? Im curious in if they show as the same thing as well. Because I will take an Adderall every now and then to get things done and if I get a random test done I was hoping I could use the excuse that I have an old phentermine prescription.
