Is it Ritalin LA 30 mgs? I found a pill in my kids drawer and looked it up but cannot get an image. capsule white and blue ## Are there any markings on the capsule? It is the imprint that tells what it contains and the manufacturer. If it doesn't have any, it could be very hard to track down, since there are many capsules on the market that meet this description. The colors don't mean anything. For instance, the name brand Ritalin LA, which is capsule shaped has different markings, depending on the dosage, here's a description of those: Yellow, capsule shaped, marked with NVR R30, 30mgs. White, capsule shaped, marked with NVR R20, 20mgs. Brown, capsule shaped, marked with NVR R40, 40mgs. White/Brown, capsule shaped, marked with NVR R10, 10mgs. Ive been on Vyvanse for almost 2 years w/no success, I was on Adderall XR & imm. Release before. It worked better, do I need to wean off the Vyvanse? All I have is 70 mg Vyvsnse capsules? I have put a full day of studying in while on 70 mg of vyvanse. Roughly 8 hours of intense study. I am now mentally fatigued and want to go to sleep. My question is would taking another Vyvanse be effective when my brain is so tired ? or would it just be some what of a waste to take while brain dead. ? ## Have you consulted your doctor? You shouldn't take an extra dose, without your doctor's approval and, in addition, 70mgs is the maximum daily dose that's been tested as safe. Thus, taking more may result in overdose.

my 16 yrea old granddaughter is on amphetamine salt com 20 mg tablet. She constantly complains about being sleepy (teachers complain also) has anyone else experienced this symptom? ## Yes, in some people certain medications can cause the opposite symptoms of what they should. It could be because the medication just doesn't work properly for her or she may be on too high of a dosage. I am not sure what to do. My 12 year old son takes adderal once a day for his ADHD for many years now. 2 years ago moved here and the clinic he goes to the office staff is very rude. So i went to another doc. but they will not see him till his records are transferred. As soon as the doc. got the transfer request they called and cancelled his appointment with no explanation. (No surprise to me). He needs these meds for school, without them there is a very noticeable difference. They run out on the 26th of Feb. so i have been skipping weekends in hopes to have plenty for school. I am not sure what to do. I took 30mg the first day in the morning. Gosh, was I productive and organized what a great feeling! I did have sniffles and was glad I'd not had coffee or tea that morning. No warning about this from the doctor however. Later that day in the evening I began to experience head-aches and it lasted all night and into the early morning. I called my doctor, she said that I should not take it that day and cut the dosage in half. I did what was recommended except I took a little dab with water, because I was concern that I might be experiencing a withdrawl symptom. Today I've take a half dose in water as recommended. I agreed to a blood test from sherriff in hope it would prove that I was clean from heroin but I was taking phsudafed will this test show up poss for meth and at what levels. I am concerned because I had been taking it for over a month ## There's no way to say what levels, since you didn't mention how much you were taking. However, the false positive it causes is usually for Amphetamines, rather than Methamphetamine. Why were you taking it for so long?

Will the ADD medication vyvanse show as a false positive for amphetamines on a urine drug screen? Information I gathered states that Vyvanse is a prodrug for the chemical dextroamphetamine. Dextroamphetamine will cause a positive test for amphetamines, and in some drug tests methamphetamine. You should provide your prescription to whomever is drug testing you to show valid reason for such a positive test. We just lost our health insurance and can no longer afford the meds. Do you know who makes it? I am not sure what to do. This has been a life saver for a 13 and 8year old. $170 for 3 months, I am out of work!!! ## Were you referring to the mixed Aphetamine salts that are a generic for Adderall? If so, I'm sorry, but the only assistance programs available would be for the name brand and Shire Pharmaceuticals no longer offers a program for it. Have you tried checking with any of the local, large chain pharmacies to see if they offer a discount program on this medication?

White oval tablet ## ## I was just presribed methylphenid 20mg ERTAB for my compulsion of hair plucking/pulling. How can this medication which is normally prescribed for ADD/ADHD help me? ## I was just prescribed for methylphenid 20 mg ERTAB for my hair pulling compulsion-(trichotilomania.) Is there anyway I can find out for sure if they are fake or real. ## Hi Jonnie, Details on this specific tablet are represented as an orange round pill and not white; although they do share the same imprint of "AD" and "30" as you described. For verification, the national drug code (NDC) for the orange pill is: 54092-0377 Based on my own research, I would consider the white pill to be a fake. Did you order them from overseas perhaps?
