torsemide and spironolactone

What is the differants can you take both at the same time ## Hello, Theresa! How are you? They are both used to help remove excess fluid from the body to treat conditions such as edema, high blood pressure and congestive heart failure, but they work in different ways. Torsemide also often forces potassium out of the body, so when someone's potassium is low or if they don't hold normal levels of it, the Spironolactone might be prescribed instead, since it tends to help the body hold on to potassium. And no, unless your doctor has specifically instructed you to do so, you shouldn't take both at the same time, because that could create the risk of severe dehydration and kidney damage. Side effects to these medications may include nausea, dizziness, headache and increased urinat...

Mannitol side effects

Hello, I have been taking Euthyrox 50 microgram pills daily for about 12 years now. Recently, I found out that the manufacturer is changing the lactose in this medicine to mannitol, which has some side effects, with the most alarming one being congestive heart failure. I have atrial fibrillation and am very worried about this issue. My question is: does this side effect only relate to large doses of mannitol? My Euthyrox pill is so light that I cannot even weigh it.

Mannitol, Maxalt (Rizatriptan), Nexium and Lisinopril

I'm having itchy skin. It's red and I need to find out which meds I'm allergic too. I've had this happen before. Taking generic maxalt (rizatriptan) and mannitol. My meds include a generic for nexium. Also, my lisinopril had changed in pill color. ## If you're certain that your symptoms are due to an allergic reaction, then the first thing to do is too look at anything new you've started taking, just before it started, or anything that's changed, such as that Lisinopril tablet, if it's fairly new to you. Have you tried Benadryl, or any other allergy remedy to see if it helps? Benadryl may cause dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth, as side effects, but it is a miracle allergy remedy.
