I have been advised to take Ovral-L tablet for two months by one of the doctor. In that, I took first month correctly. Then in my second set of tablets, I missed the direction given by arrows in last 7 days. Is it ok or it should not have been done? Is this company legitimate or what? 30mg in a dose is high in this form too. The batch I have ended up smelling of ammonia and makes me sleep. I had to throw the rest away. Is surbex zinc 750 increases the quality and the quantity of sperm ? ## Surbex with Zinc is a multivitamin/mineral nutritional supplement. I was taking 90 mg cap x 1 a day. Was switched to 45 mg 2 x a day. Can I just take unused 90 mg & separate evenly ? Even though time release type the spit can't be that much different in quantity. Half is half. Saw earlier that to dangerous to split but don't understand why it would be, especially if you're only actually taking a total of 90 mg a day.
