Little oval pill it has M on one side and an 8 and 7.on the other ## You listed CS in the post subject, then in here you said the imprint is M 87 and I am not finding anything for either. This pilll is oval shaped with nothing on it ## If there are no markings on it, then it is going to be difficult to determine what it contains. It is more than likely an over the counter product and there are many possibilities. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign drug. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. NDC code: 50428-2302 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
