Hey I live in broward county south fl. City of Davie to be precuse. I currently have a Dr who prescribes me subutex and am on a xanax "wean" which is not working.. Unfortunately I would like to stay at my current 4mg a day Rx but he insists I wean. I have suffered severe anxiety and depression since I was a teenager. If you could please recommend a Dr who would have no problem writing xanax Rx to a new patient I would appreciate it as it does help me with my social anxiety and is not taken recreationally.. I am try ing to get off suboxoneand xanax. I am taking about 1/8 of a 2mg suboxane 2 x a day and down to 1 .5mg xanax a day. I am getting blurred vision, confusion, anxiety, trouble sleeping. Tremors, When I take a little more suboxone, it goes away. I know theres a billion threads on this but I get prescribed xanax 90 a month. My last fill was on 6/3/15 and its 6/25/15 now. My question is can I fill it 4 days early or only 3? I would be OUT of meds on the 2nd ( if I took last 3 that day) so do I count the 3rd of july as a day or count from the day I run out ( the 2nd of july) as in 3 days before. If that makes sense. I am a senior in college and have less than seven weeks until I graduate. I have anxiety and have been able to mange it pretty well though therapy. However, the anxiety that goes along with graduating college and life issues has left me searching for an alternative to therapy like Xanax until the anxiety of college subsides. My question has to do with Doctors in the South Florida area. I am not looking to develop a long term relationship with a doctor down here because I will be moving home once i graduate. Im a disabled person that lives in chronic pain every day. And have sever anxiety & panic attacks , so my doctor told me the DEA has Some more New Rules. Because the DEA knows more about how to treat sick people than a doctor. The new rule in Florida is if you are taking Valium or Xanax you can no longer get SOMA. The DEA has made life hell in Florida DEA is treating pharmacies like Drugs Dealers. Stopping the orders from even making it to the pharmacies. This is ludicrous! I have been on pain medicine and my xanax (benzodiazepine) for 13 years. My doctor who has been practicing for 4 years had a baby and when I went to pick up my prescriptions for severe, debilitating anxiety and panic disorder with 2 bum knees and a back that is shot and diabetic neuropathy said that they could not refill my medication anymore and i would need pain management. I do not have health insurance until mid october this year. I told them I could not afford that and they did not care. They said they would send me a referral via mail and I never received anything.
