I need to know what this pill is? Small, round, white and scored. Marked on one side only with a "4", then has an up and down score line, then "9" on the other side of the score line. ## Mirror Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 4mgs of Cyproheptadine, which is an antihistamine, though some people have taken it improperly for weight gain. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, headache, and dry mouth. Trying to identify a large round white pill that says TCL 415 in a circular fashion around the whole pill. The back is smooth with no scoring. ## It appears that Lou is correct. I checked on the manufacturer's page, and if you go down to the bottom it shows a picture of the pill matching what is described. It's round and white with the imprint TCL 415. I don't think my Norco is real. It does not feel like it is working and I am having w/d symptoms. It's small, white and round. The markings are RX 497. It has an upside down V above 4907 on one side and on the other side is a 3. It is a round and white pill. Not sure what it is, in a bottle marked acetaminophen with the manufacturer listed as Qualitest. I do take this medicine but the ones in the bottle don't look the same.
