What is this? It is Round, White with a 10 on one Side and flat and blank on other side. ## It just has a 10 on it? I think this is going to be really hard to narrow down, there are quite a few over the counter items with the number 10 on them that match this description. You could pay to have it lab tested, but that would be expensive. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help. Was it found in the U.S.? ## Lisinopril 10mg ## Roughly 2 centimeters wide. This particular pill contains 20mg of Escitalopram, used for treating depression and anxiety disorders. I know you mentioned that the opposite side of the pill was blank, but if you're just referring to there being no other numbers, I'd question whether a score line is still a possibility?
