Generally, the oral dose is 200 to 400 mg (510 mg/kg in children) every 46 hours, adding up to a usual daily dose of 800 to 1,200 mg. 1,200 mg is considered the maximum daily dose for over-the-counter use, though under medical direction, the maximum amount of ibuprofen for adults is 800 milligrams per dose or 3200 mg per day (4 maximum doses). hi i was just wondering if this a generic perocet pill or something like it?? ## Based on the description provided, this pill isn't listed in the prescription drug databases, so I can't find any information on it. Did you possibly find this pill somewhere or obtain it from a friend? One other probable reason for it not showing up is that this pill may have been discontinued for some time and therefore is no longer listed. Another possibility is that the marking has simply been misread. The closest match I can find is N 518 375. If you have any other comments or information to add, please post back and hopefully we can figure out what it is. ## I have one too did you ever find out what it is?
