long white oval pill on one side it says H 2 and the other side is blank ## This is Naproxen Sodium 550mgs, a generic for Anaprox. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. You will commonly find this over the counter in Aleve in a lower dosage. The most common side effects are gastro-intestinal problems.

Someone gave me about a dozen white cylinder shaped pills with no markings on them. They claim to be adderall but I’m unsure. I’ve been searching all over the internet and haven’t found anything that looks similar. Concerta has the same shape and size as this pill but these pills I was given have no imprint or markings on them. Just wanted to get a little info on what they could be. If it is a 'found object' then it should not be consumed under any circumstances. The packaging will ALWAYS tell you what you have. It is compulsory to have the relevant information printed on the aluminium of the blister pack, or the bottle in which it came. How are you? The reason you couldn't find them listed in a pill identifier is because they are over the counter tablets. Is one of your teenagers female, by any chance? These are a generic or store brand used to relieve menstrual symptoms, they contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Pambrom, the name brand for them is usually Midol Teen. So, they aren't anything dangerous to be concerned about, as long as someone doesn't exceed the recommended daily amount, since high doses of Acetaminophen can be toxic.
