We found a oblong white pill with three lines on one side no letters or numbers. No idea. ## @Danny, I know most legitimate prescription and over the counter meds are required by law to have letters, numbers, and/or symbols that are indicative of the manufacturer, substance, and dosage. So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain. Small round white "sleeping" pill from Pharmacy in Los Algodones Mexico. Has slightly beveled edges. Side #1 has cross cut lines (as to be able to split it into 1/4's". Side #2 has a series of approximately 4 circular lines, marking a logo that appears somewhat Adobe, SantaFe, Southwest, Native American, style lines. ## It's generic Clonazepam. this is a pill that my mom broght from mexico and all it has is that line across the middle and iys small and round white and i want to know what it is ? ## If there are no marking son the tablet, it is going to difficult to positively identify. Adding to this difficulty is the fact that it is a foreign medication. Most other countries, especially Mexico, do not regulate their medications as strictly as the U.S. and Canada. Does your mother have in idea what it contains or what it was used for?

This makes me suspect that it's probably something that's available over the counter, I know GNC makes several nutritional supplements that are sold under the Ultra name, so it may be one of those, but I can't be sure. White chalky pill with a drawing that looks kind of like if it has an elephant trunk with lines going thru it and tall hair with lines going thru it. It almost resembles the emergency emblem and it's blank on the other side. I bought it in Mexico. I ask for somas. I usually go there. I live close and never had any problem with any of their medication. I took it and didn't really feel much effect. Although I've been taking the generic for awhile. I have a small white round pill with a preforated line on one side and blank on the other side. The pill is not flat, but rather curved on each side and the edges are flat. The size is small. It is supposed to be Citra Tramadol, but nothing tells me that it is. I'm guessing from Mexico. How can I be sure? ## I'm sorry, but the operative word here is Mexico. Maybe from Mexico ? ## Based on your description, it's possible that this pill could be Manufactured in the US by Mutual Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. This company happens to use an "MP" logo on their pills. However, it seems like all of them also have other numbers as well, aside from this logo. Is there any chance there might be a faint presence of two or three numbers on the backside with the score line? I hope this helps!

a mexican at work gave me a pill for my headache he said was from mexico.It is white,round on one side imprinted mex on other side has a line through it.please help me identify it ## I haven't found anything on this yet and I will keep looking, but I do have to be honest and say that pills from Mexico can be very difficult to track down. Have you tried asking the person that gave it to you? That would probably be the best way of getting an identification on it. Many Mexican manufacturers have a habit of using the same logo on all their tablets, so they are very difficult to tell apart. Does anyone else know what this might be?

Mexico really doesn't have any strict regulatory agency for medications, so they aren't tracked, they aren't required to log imprints anywhere and etc. The best suggestion I can make is that the next time they give them to you, perhaps mark down what they say each is and what it's for….or just dispose of them, after you leave. The pill is round one side is pink with white botches & with the letter Z and with a line right underneath Z, and the numbers 2813 underneath that line AND the other side of the pill is the color white and has NO marks at all ## Hello, Sophia!
