White Pill From Amlodipine No Markings

Just got rx for 10mg of Amlodipine Besylate but my markings don't match any descriptions. Pretty large white round, thick pill with L U on one side and H 13 on the other......Is this the right rx? I'm switching from Lisinopril because of the annoying cough but the listed side effects for this drug sound really serious. ## Yes, that is the correct tablet, it contains 10mgs of Amlodipine and the potential side effects for any medication can be serious and problematic, but the only way to find out how it affects you is by actually trying it. white pill with 1a 10 on one side and the letter G and 15 lag on the other, percoset? i'wonder? ## Hi dean, I haven't been able to find any Percocet with an imprint that matches the description you provided. The closest match I found is a white round pill with the imprint G1540 on one side and 10 on the other. It is (Amlodipine 10 mg); which is used in the management of hypertension, and coronary artery disease. Are you sure that "1a 10 G15" is the correct imprint? I searched a few different places but nothing with that exact imprint showed up. Where did you find the pill? That information may be able to help narrow down the search. I found a small, white round pill with the numbers 210. There are no other markings on it what so ever. I have see others with 210 and other markings, but this has nothing on it at all other than 210 Can anyone help me to identify it?? ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for a tablet that just has 210 on it, either, in any of our prescription drug resources. Where was it found/obtained? With just the marking 210, this leads me to suspect that it is probably some type of over the counter medication, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. I take seizure meds and 3 other medications along with it and I accidently spilled my bottles over and they all clashed together on the floor and now I can't find out if this medication is my seizure medication or not. ## Hi Grimmace, Is there any chance that the imprint on your pill says "128" as opposed to "122"? The closest match I'm finding is a white round pill with a "C" on the front and "128" on the back. It's not scored or anything else. It just has those two markings embedded into each side of the pill. This particular tablet reportedly contains 10mgs of Amlodipine besylate, which is commonly prescribed for treating high blood pressure. There is a small white pill inside my generic 5/20 Lotrel capsule. Is the pill amlodipine or benazepril? ## Do you have any info on who the manufacturer is? Other than contacting the manufacturer directly, I don't believe there's anyway to ID a pill (which was inside of another pill), unless it has imprints or markings to verify it. Also, if there's only one pill inside, wouldn't that mean they are combined into the same tablet? If the capsule is just a shell, it makes good sense for this to be the case. ## There are two manufacturers of the generic Lotrel (amlodipine/benezapril) The Teva product (pink and white) doesn't contain that other pill, but the Dr. Reddy Labs (orange and pale beige) does.
