Found a few random white oblong pills. A line down the middle. A "R" on one side. On the other a 20 | mg between the scored part. Any ideas..? ## Hmmm ... Currently I am having trouble pinning down exactly what this could be. My suspicion is that it is a medication from outside the United States. If you don't mind me asking, what country did you find these in? If so, it is manufactured by Perrigo and they list it as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen, the over the counter dosage. The FDA classifies this as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. I think this might be a benzo, something like ativan? not sure. I have a feeling it's my friends and when I confronted her to ask her about it she denies that they are hers, however, there was no one else here other then me and I'm not on any medication.
