I found a white oval or barrel-shaped pill with G on one half of the pill and L on the other half. On the other side of the pill are some weird geometric shapes. ## I am not certain of the dosage, but our research has shown this tablet to be from Pakistan, it contains Zolpidem, which is a generic for Ambien. What is a white oval pill with G 31 printed on one side? Is it a narcotic? ## No, this tablet is manufactured by Glenmark Generics and they list it as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat some mood disorders. and certain types of nerve pain. Was told it was buspar but can't find it in the pill identifier. ## The reason this isn't listed in the pill identifiers is due to the fact that it's an over the counter product. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's just a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol that's used to treat pain, fever and headaches. This medication can be toxic if too much is ingested in any 24 hour period, so please do not exceed a total of 4,000mgs daily. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## I appreciate the response! HALF OF WHITE OVAL PILL WITH LSN ON IT OTHER CUT OFF BUT DOES HAVE A SCORE ON IT ## The closest possible match I could locate has the imprint LSN 20, as opposed to just LSN; but this pill is also said to be white and oval shaped. Although I can't definitively confirm the identity of this pill, the limited information that I did find says it contains 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is an ACE inhibitor that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. Has anyone else come across this tablet?

I take Lipitor (now Atorvastatin generic) and Atenelol on a daily basis. I always take pills out of PX. bottles and put into special container away from children. As there are many generics around, I have mixed up my pills and I now have a white oval shaped (almost flat) pill and I do not know for which it is a substitute. Silly I know but if anyone one knows of a substititute for either of these drugs that comes as described above without any markings whatever, please let me know. ## It's not a prescription tablet, all such tablets dispensed in the U.S. have to have imprints to enable their identification.
