I take motrin 800 mg, a co-worker gave me a white oblong pill that has the number 391 on it. She said it works like motrin. Her mother takes them ## Sun Pharmaceuticals states this tablet contains 600mgs of Oxaprozin, which is also a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. However, since this is a prescription medication, you should not take it, if it has not been prescribed for you. It may not be safe for you to take. Are you on any other medications? I was given a white oblong pill with just a 5 on it. I was told it was an opioid. A percocet 10 mg. It's driving me mad that I can't figure this out!! Someone please help. ## Jay, a 5 denotes 5mg, not 10 mg. At least with any pain meds I know. Just saying.

THE FIRST LETTERT ONE SIDE AND few lower nubers next to. Vocodine, tylenol condein. Thanks ## Are you saying it's a tablet with an L followed by 3 additional numbers? If so, I would need to know what those numbers are to give you an identification, but what I can tell is that if that is what you are talking about, it is not a prescription medication and contains no narcotics of any type. The company that manufactures those tablets only makes over the counter products.

nothing on back of pill just an E on other side white oblong found it in a bottle with hydrocodone but it looked different from others ## I can't be completely certain, but with just an imprint of an E it is most likely just an over the counter Excedrin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. Learn more Aspirin details here. Learn more Caffeine details here. That is the way they marked the tablets of their original formulation. It is not a Hydrocodone tablet, there are none with that marking. Does anyone else have a possibility that it could be? ## I take these myself that is an excedrin i know thats probably not spelled right but it isnt anything more then that.

I found some small, oblong white pills and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were. They have no prints or scoring on either side, they are totally plain. If you lick them they taste sort of tangy, and bitter. Does anyone know what they are? I don't think they could be E because they are not round, and have no prints on them... ## I have some at the moment they are generic for Tylenol. Hope it helps... ## Actually, without a marking, it is very difficult to say what they are with any certainty. There are many over the counter items that meet this description, some are Acetaminophen, but not all. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. It can, however, be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings ...

I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

I was told its vicodin ## This marking is actually intended to be 6I (that's a capital i) and no, it does not contain a narcotic of any type. This is a 600mg Ibuprofen tablet, a generic for Motrin, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to relieve pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. It is white, oblong and has M6 on 1 side and blank on the other ## Hi Andy, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm currently finding is a white "round" pill marked with M6 on one side and blank on the other. This particular tablet is identified as Myambutol (100mg), and is said to be manufactured by a company called Stat Trade Inc. Myambutol (Ethambutol) is a drug indicated for the treatment of tuberculosis. I know you mentioned that your pill was oblong-shaped as opposed to round, but please post back if this sounds like it could be a viable match. I hope this helps!

I have a white oblong pill that just has A5 on it. I cant find info on it anywhere. Is it supposed to be oxycodone? ## There are white round Oxycodone (5mg) pills that are marked with A5, but I haven't come across an oblong one yet. For verification, the round ones are manufactured by Actavis and carry a National Drug Code of 00228-2876. You could contact Actavis directly to find out if they switched from round pills to oblong pills... Otherwise, if yours isn't from a licensed pharmacy then I can only assume that it's counterfeit, foreign, or something else altogether. Hope this helps!

I found a white rectangular or oblong with 3 scores and the number 11 each number r in between the 2 middle scores. Help identifying it would be greatly appreciated.ty ## xanax 2mg ## @John, Is there any way you can verify that the pill in question is in fact xanax? Do you have the manufacturer's name or possibly the national drug code? I just want to make sure that the drug has been accurately identified as I could not find any specific details about a xanax bar fitting the description that John C provided. I have a white oblong pill with just 357 on one side and nothing on the other side. I'm on many medications and found an older bottle in my other purse where the writing faded off of it... ## Hi! May I ask what a Lupin n357 pill looks like and what it contains? ## @Link, You mentioned that the writing faded off of your tablet. Is it possible that the full imprint on the front says M357 and scored on the back? If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It's depicted as a white oblong / capsule-shaped pill with N | 357 on one side and 7.5 on the back. I hope this helps!
