I found an oblong white pill, not capsule, with the numbers 277 on one side and nothing on the other side, small about 1/8th of an inch by 1/2". Is this a Tramadol? I found one like it when I bought the house and was able to use the computer to find the answer, no such luck with answers this time.

I'm trying to identify a pill that is white, oblong/oval in shape, with 204 imprinted on one side (blank on the other side). This pill is not scored. ## I found a pill with 204 on it and it's white.
