WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?

As far as dosing goes, the usual recommended dose of tramadol is 50-100 mg (immediate release tablets) every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. The maximum dose is marked at 400 mg/day. Which is stronger, Lortab 10\5 or Endocet 10\650 and how many Lortabs would it take to equal one Endocet? ## The only difference in the two medications you posted is in the amount of Acetaminophen. The Lortab 10/500 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The Endocet 10/650 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. So, in the narcotic pain reliever amount, they are the same. Since these have the highest amount available of the Hydrocodone in them, coupled with the Acetaminophen, it is very important not to try and double up on them, due to the danger of overdose and the Acetaminophen toxicity. The FDA has requested that all such combination narcotic medications be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of the Acetaminophen, due to the danger of liver toxicity and overdose toxicity. I take 3 Tylenol 4's a day & just got 7.5/325mg hydrocodone today. Would lortab 10 or tylenol #4 be stronger than 7.5 hydrocodone? I did not get the script filled yet. Therefore the combination drug containing oxycodone should be roughly twice as strong as the one containing hydrocodone. These drugs are only available in the UK in their pure form, not adulterated with paracetamol like yours. As I have written elsewhere, I really don't see the point of the combos. My dr. Changed my 20 mg Oxycodone for Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 Which is stronger because the 10/325 isn't working. ## The 20 mg. is 2 times stronger than the 10mg. The 325 part is just Tylenol . The 20 mg is oxycodone which the very strong part that kills your pain . I wonder what the difference is between 15MG MS Contin vs 15 Mg Oxycodone. Is there a substitute for MS Morphine..I take 2 30mg MS Contin twice a day and also with that I take 15MG MS Contin twice per day..which of course is 45mgs at a time..with 3 15mg Oxcodone for breakthru pain. This is to answer the question is there a higher dose form of norco the answer is yes it's called Zohydro it was made here in San Diego and has been approved by the Fda and Sea but it might be hard to find and the insurance company might not cover it, it's and extended version kinda like oxycontin for oxycodone and it comes in different doses.
