I have pain in chest / heart...and sometimes breathing problem..after conducting my ECHO test doctor has advised me to take PAN 40 tablets twice a day.. I don't know much about this medicine and am not able to get a proper answer...so kindly help me for the same. ## what is the use of pan 40 tab. ## I am an acute diabetics patient for the last 15 years. I am experiencing pain in upper abdomen and back at the same time at regular intervals from last 6 months, tests done till now are 2D-ECHO, sonography of stomach, AMYLASE and LIPASE, ENDOSCOPY and all results are negative, so I was suggested to take NEXPRO 40mg by the doctor and I am having this tablet early in the morning 30 mins before breakfast from last 1 week, the pain has reduced but not yet completely resolved. Pls suggest is this the wright medicine for me? ## This medication is used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, so you should take it directed by your doctor. I am a 65 yr old female, who has undergone aortic valve replacement in 2012 (Mechanical Valve has been placed). Since then i have been put on the medications: 1) Deplatt CV 2) Losar -H 3) Acitrom 2. I was put on 25 mg. of chlortalidone several months ago. I lost a lot of weight and felt terrible. I contacted my dr. and they had me cut it in half. I continued to not feel well and started having irregular heartbeat, tingling and numbness, muscle cramps. My dr. sent me to a cardiologist who ran a stress test and echocardiogram. It showed irregular heart rythmns but he said he thought I was ok. I had read about low potassium while on diuretics so he asked if I'd had a blood test (which I hadn't nor was it ever suggested). My potassium came back below normal so the cardiologist & fam dr. were all worried and told me to increase my potassium and get retested in a week. I did and my results came back normal. Hi, I am a 34 year old male. For the last 2-3 years I had palpitations and 1-2 episodes of Spvt (or short Atrial fibrillation lasting 10-30 seconds) per Month. (My cardiologist said that based on my symptoms). I have done Ecg, Echo, holter and a stress test. All results were fine. I have had pain in my chest for a long time. Visited a doctor and he performed all the tests ECG, ECHO, TMT and ruled out any heart related diseases. But still i have pain in my chest and it is at one point near my ribs and it remains for a full day and can be felt by touching and it causes a lot of discomfort. Can anyone help? Has any testing been done? Learn more pain details here. That would be the place to start, you need to find out what's causing your pain, in order to find the proper solution. If you don't and you just take pain medications on your own, you may end up doing permanent damage, only to find out later that to start off, it was a minor injury that could have been easily remedied.

My mom was hospitalised for 10 days .. in her left hand fore finger and thumb finger severe pain, blue color and bit swollen, after all the tests like, ECG, Echo, engiogram, neurology, cardiology, ultra sound,mammography,repeated blood test, doctors did not get to know y. she was treated with heparin, and after discharge they gave acitrom first 1 mg, later went to 3 mg, and now 3mg , 4mg for 2 days and 3 mg for 1 day.. her PT INR is 2. before it was 2.34.. what to be done, m worried and confused, not even once doc said anything related to blood, m just worried, other doc said, avoid green , lower the INR, lower the dose of acitrom, but it is opposite, please help

Hi, I am 44 years old male. About 15 days back i felt pain in the middle of the chest towards the heart. Did number of tests including ECHO & Stree Thillium . Results were normal. My weight is 75kgs and height 170 cms. I do exercise like jogging for 3-4 kilometers 3 times a week and do not feel any pain. I have lots of burping. My wife recently underwent knee replacement surgery. The day before the procedure, she had an ECG and 2D echo tests. The doctor informed us that she has a mitral valve problem and inquired if she had been experiencing any symptoms such as murmurs, dyspnea, or excessive tiredness. My wife has never experienced such symptoms and is reluctant to undergo any further check-ups unless she develops these symptoms. My Mother is 70 years old. She suffered a mild Heart attack. A 40 mm stent was inserted by angioplasty. The doctor prescribed Nitrocontin 2.6 twice a daily, Ecosprin gold 20 once a daily. Now, by mistake Nitrocontin 2.6 was taken only once a day. The patient is suffering short breathing problem for a very short distance, also suffering from bronchitis. I've been on 10 mg Simvastatin for 3 months. It was prescribed after a TIA landed me in the ER one evening. Extensive testing was done including the CT, Echo, and others. ALL were totally normal. I figured from the get go that my extreme stress level (an easy 25) was the culprit. My cholesterol was 220 and that set off alarm buttons. It has been 240 for years so I wasn't in the least bit concerned. Other things were prescribed on my chart including coumadin which I refused. Sir, I am suffering from diabetes for the past 15 years. I have diabetes related problems like numbness in my feet, burning etc. Of late I started feeling very tired after walking a short distance and i also had pain in the upper part of my left hand and also in my neck. I consulted a cardiologist. He took my stress test, 2d echo and ecg. my mother is 79 years old and she had a brain stroke two years ago. After 2 years, she had headache and therefore doctor prescribed her ecospirin for blood thinning alongwith other B.P. and diabetic medicines. Her hemoglobin level has been reduced to 4.6 once and after ten days again reduced to 5.4. Doctor has carried out all related tests like CT, Echo, Endoscopy and other tests of Gastrology.
