I believe the marking on the tablet you've found is GPI S1, it is manufactured by Physician's Science and Nature Inc., they list it as containing 100mgs of Docusate, available under the name brand Pramolaxin, it is a stool softener and is available over the counter. I am on 8mg candesarton and i am getting up at 6am to go to work coming home and falling asleep at 8pm at night. I exercise by walking,swimming and pilates. I just seem to be very fatigued and wondered if the medication is causing this.
