HAS IP 119 MANUFACTURED BY AMNEAL P BEEN RECALLED? ## IP 119 is actually manufactured by Interpharm, that's what the IP stands for and I can't find any information regarding a recall of this product. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, it is a generic for Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever. My Age 25+ and I was suffering from Headache (sometimes in a interval of 10-15 days), severe Back pain along with whole leg pain making me uncomfortable to stand. When i told this to Neurologist, he told i 'm having calcium problem.He had advised me to take Migranex 10, Caldikind Plus and Rejunex Cd3 for 2 months...But i hvn't taken yet and I hv recently sent my blood for Vitamin D test and test shows 25-OH Vitamin D(Total) = 5.28 ng/ml. I started taking Wal-D3 and my ques is now i want to start above mentioned medicine. I was told I failed a drug screen and must take all medications in to check them. I take advair, ipratropium, and albuterol inhaler for asthma. I also take allegra D and benadryl for allergies. I sometimes take an over the counter diet pill called phentramin D. Would any of these cause false positives on a standard UA? ## What did you fail for? Was it opiates, amphetamines, or something else? The Diphenhydramine in Benadryl can cause false positives for Benzodiazepines, PCP and tricyclic antidepressants. It could also be something in the Phentramin_D, but I can't find a listing that includes the exact ingredients.
