hi im just wondering since polynerv is not available in the US yet, is it close to Super B-Complex? ## Hi Sam, Just wanted to let you know that there's actually quite a few different Super B-Complex supplements on the market, so it's quite hard to narrow it down to just one unless you happen to know the name of a particular brand or manufacturer (i.e. Nature Made)? Polynerv (vitamin B-complex) is said to contain vitamin B1, B6, and B12. Many other B-complex supplements can also contain vitamin B2, B3, and B5, which aren't listed in Polynerv. If you're able to post back here with the name of a brand/manufacturer, I should have no problem finding you a full list of ingredients to compare the two supplements.
