## what is it ## Vicoprofen is a combination Narcotic/Anti Inflammatory NSAID medication. It will contain both Vicodin and Ibuprofen in varying amounts depending on what your Doctor Prescribed. If it states 5/200 the first number will indicate mg of Vicodin and the second number will indicate mg of Ibuprofen. This medication is not prescribed very often and is used as an unusual combination when other methods of pain control are not working. It may also be prescribed with other medications to assist in reducing moderate/severe pain.

Please help? ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any specific information on what this contains, it is just listed as being a multivitamin and mineral supplement. I am told that this vitamin is no longer being made by my Doctor. I would like to know if there was a problem for discontinuing? ## Vica Forte 100 Capsules is a vitamin and mineral combination used to treat or prevent low levels of these essential nutrients. If you google "Vica Forte" you should be able to find it available on reputable sites like drugstore.com or even possibly your local GNC or health food store. I haven't been able to locate a list of ingredients, but since it is just a vitamin and mineral supplement, it is very likely that you can find something similar or identical among the large number of multivitamin supplements. I am not a vegetarian, so I don't know what is or isn't an animal product in this list, but aside from the Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen in the tablets, here is the list of inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, starch, croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and stearic acid. Could these capsules help with my energy levels? I'm hoping so because I have a caffeine sensitivity. ## It is a multivitamin and mineral supplement, so it might help with energy, I know if I take mine too late in the day, I can't sleep, so I have to be careful. Many of the B vitamins are very well known to help with energy levels. The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency. Is there anything else I can help with?

been on the 2.5 325 2 months doc gave me vicadans was taking them now i found out after going through some of the symptoms want to stop the vics what am i lookining at detoxing ## A lot of it really depends on how your body reacts. As reported by the FDA, withdrawal symptoms may include nausea, headache, fever chills, diarrhea and rebound pain. A slow taper usually helps keep them from being severe. Have you asked your doctor for help tapering off?

lost daughter n law due to her having 143 m/l of methadone, 80.8 vicadene, 11.4 hydromorphone morphin, she also had anoxic-Encephalopathy, the autopsy report stated death due 2 a massive over-dose of methadone. which is stronger hydroco/acetamin 5-500 or Hydroco 10-500mg? Is it the same as Vicadin? I have a large tear in my rotator cuff. I just was given the 5-500mg. They told me it was Vicadin at the doctors office. I already had a bottle mostly untouched of the 10-55 because a doctor seemed worried that it was addictive and gave me tramadol which I can't say touches the pain. ## The one with the higher amount of the Hydrocodone is stronger, since it is the narcotic and the Acetminophen just helps it to work better. I normally take ibuprofen to take the edge off impacted bowels. laxatives of every type I've taken. Only thing that helps the pain is vicadan/valium but I'm out. I have tevas blue pill and I was wondering if one pill would help? I don't have IBS like doctors say (just a bandaide diagnosis) I do not believe in. I was infected with giardia and irradicated however cousin "blastocystis" exists. I have symptoms of swelling, dysentary, irrative bowel movements'major gas, rumbling of stomach, pounding like sledge hammer on colon. I was given dilaudid a year ago for rotator cuff surgery. My physical therapy was an incredibly challenging recovery with pain meds required and the vicadin was not enough. I have some leftover 4 mg of the dilaudid. Theoretically, and statistically it is recommended to throw out all unused pain medications. I am mindful not to take it daily. I have no side effects and no desire to take it on a daily basis. I have tried clonapin and ativan for anxiety and they feel most helpful as a sleeping aid. With my occasional (2 to 4 times a week) one 4 mg dilaudid, I feel relaxed, calm and incredibly productive. But I also feel like maybe I am an addict (in denial) and need to check myself into a rehab. In all honestly I have tried anti-depressants and the anxiety meds listed above and dilaudid do...
