I am using Espin 1.25 daily in the night along with cardiorpil 5 mg since 3years.The BP is normal several times I checked. Is there any need to continue or not

I have EspinAT 2.5mg in the morning after breakfast and at the time of breakfast have neutralite daily,calciumand vitamin B as have bone and skin problems.Is it Ok to have neutralite vitamins
