Use Of C D H Forte Medicine

I am 23 years old. I had a kidney stone and was given an injection 'Mikastar 500 mg' for 5 days. The stone came out through urination automatically after few days. After 15 days of that I got light pain in my left testicle. For that again I visited the physician and he prescribed me 'Deecee Forte' tablet for three weeks. It is still continued. I had little swelling and light pain in the testicle. After taking the prescribed medicine for 2 weeks now I feel very weak and loss of appetite. The swelling is reduced. But the testicle is still paining in between. Though the pain is less but I am feeling disturbed and feeling weakness. Please advise me what should I do? ## can i take DEECEE FORTE after breakfast or meal??

I am an ankylosing spondylitis patient. I have been prescribed by a delhi doctor to have tablet DC Bone. However I reside in Kolkata and these tablets r not available here. I have been adviced by the chemist to have Calcimax Forte instead. Though it has the same components, can it be taken as a substitute for DC Bone Tablet. ## I can't find any information on a tablet under the name DC Bone. However, Calcimax Forte contains 1000mgs of Calcium Carbonate, 100mgs of Magnesium, 200i.u.s of Vitamin D and 4mgs of Zinc. So, as long as it meets or exceeds what is in the tablet the doctor recommended, then yes, it is fine to use it, instead. Are there any comments or questions?

Yes, there can be a problem with taking the Dexamethasone in the Decilone Forte with the Diclofenac in the Neo-Pyrazon. They can both increase the toxicity of the other, which increases the associated risks of both, such as stomach ulceration, nausea, liver damage and fluid retention. Tuseran Forte contains Dextromethorphan, Pheylephrine and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen.) It is used to relieve cold symptoms and fever. The Paracetamol is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Flanax contains Naproxen Sodium, which is another drug in the same class, so the two should not be mixed.
