I found five pills in my daughters room, all the same. they are oblong, about 3/4 in long, 1/4 in wide, and 1/4 in thick. they are an off white color with brown specks on the outside, but the inside is all white... what the heck could this be and is it harming her?? ## Hello, Kayla! How are you? I'm sorry, but with no markings, it may be difficult to definitively identify it. It's not a prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings, but that does leave it open to many over the counter possibilities. Have you tried asking her about it? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## They are called speckled birds , it a caffeine pill sold over the counter mostly at truck stops. ## I took half a...

looks like OTC tylenol but has no markings or imprints ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## i found a white rather thick white oblong pill with no markings on either side. it is smooth. I was just wondering what it could be. ## Could be Tylenol 3.. not from USA, not regulated by FDA ## Large off-white oblong thick pill with no marking or scoring. Can't identify. What might this be? ## Could it be a vitamin with no marks?

So confused. Found this in ex's med dispenser. May be from Canada but not sure. Checked all the pill identifiers and no luck. I know that since it has no markings it will be very difficult but I'm hoping someone here will know. It does have a matte finish on it not shiny. I don't want to flush it if it is a narcotic but I don't want to take it to the hospital for disposal because they might think it's mine when it isn't. Catch 22 here, does anyone know what it is? It is a large (horse pill) in size kinda oblong but thinner on the ends compared to the middle. No markings at all and scored on one side in the middle. ## If it has no markings, it is most likely just something that's available over the counter, because even prescription medications from Canada hav...

How are you? Are there any markings on it, other than the score line? If not, then it's most likely an over the counter product of some type, so it may be difficult to narrow down and identification. I have several White Oblong Oval Pills With a Score On One Side And Blank The Other. it is a 1/4 inch thick and has no taste. ## If there are no markings, it is most likely going to be difficult to narrow down what they contain. We can rule them out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. That means it's most likely an over the counter product and that leaves it open to many possibilities. Where did you find them? Had you purchased any OTC products or supplements recently?

Only 1/2 of pill remains. The digits 65 occur below the score line. fairly small pill with overall length estimated at 1/2 in. and total thickness at 1/4 in. No markings on reverse side from the 65 numbers. Any recognition or knowledge of this med is much appreciated. Thank you. ## I'm sorry, I've searched through several pages of prescription drug images, but I can't find anything that matches this description. It's made extra difficult by not knowing the full imprint. Where did you find it? The best suggestion I can make is that you just make sure to dispose of it properly. White, oblong. No markings on the other side. ## The closest match I could find is a white oblong pill imprinted with "APO 033" on one side and blank on the other. It has been identified as Pentoxifylline ER 400 mg. Manufacturer: Apotex Corp. National Drug Code (NDC): 60505-0033 Pentoxifylline is used to improve blood flow in patients with circulation problems to reduce aching, cramping, and tiredness in the hands and feet. It works by decreasing the thickness (viscosity) of blood. This change allows your blood to flow more easily, especially in the small blood vessels of the hands and feet. Does this sound like a possible match, perhaps if the markings aren't clear?
