i have ut infection since last 60 days and recently under gone cystoscopy and uretridilation and advised niftais /uribid 100 mg tab 2 daily since last 15 days with 1 tab of tamflo .4mg daily. iam 74 yrs old lady ,diabetic & hypertensive and on medication since last 20 yrs.yesterday checked for urine routine and find still puss cells in plenty.this infection was noticed since last 2 yrs.i also took 10 doses of amikacin inj.600mg for 5 days.but pus cell still persists.my kidney size is ok but creatine increased to 2.2 from earlier 1.4 and now reads 1.57.there is traces of protein in urine(+).has my kidney been damaged and howlong it takes to remove the infection.even after dilatation unable to fully empty the bladder and have to urinate 3-4 times small quantys in the night

My mom is diabetic n hypertensive and had severe stomach ache four days back when consulted a physician he advised for a urologist who advised for Ultra sound n ct scan .she was diagnosied with kidney stones which hve moved to urinary tract ...but doc has prescribed tamflo 0.4 n ston 1 syrup. How will it help her condition ?? ## My daughter is 10 yrs old having uti since one yr.under gone usg and mcu.prvu was 40cc and mild bilateral hydronephrosis .under gone dilatation.pvru became 5cc.there after she can not able to contol urination.if wanted to control,urinate drop wise and under garments wetted. Recently under gone ct scan and found mild hydronephrisis.Dr advised to take tamflo 0.4 od and augpen625 bd.then severe cold and cough and fever occurs.plz advise whether the medicine is right?

I can't control my urinating pressure as well as stool pressure.My prostrate is slightly enlarged4.2x3.1x2.9cm,wt-20gms,post void 220ml.What medicine I will take? Anirudha

i have been prescribed Tamflo 0.4mg by my urologist. i want to know what it is for? ## I am male of 61 year old. Some three to four years ago I felt severe dryness on my penis followed by severe burning sensation on the skin and mouth of penis after urination and again followed by a white spot inside the skin. On the advice of my doctor I had local application of some skin ointments (Efaderm and Lobate GM) which I am still continuing with.
